Your new appliance needs gas. We'll hook it up to code.
Delivery crews often won't touch gas or existing shut-off valves. We make the connection properly with the right connector and a working valve, then leak test it and confirm the appliance runs correctly.

What we check on every hookup
- 01The shut-off valveIt has to close fully. A seized valve means you can't isolate the appliance when something goes wrong.
- 02The connectorCorrect type, length and rating for the appliance, with no reused or kinked connectors.
- 03Supply capacityA high-BTU range or an outdoor grill may need a larger line than what's at the wall today.
We diagnose first, then you choose
If there's a proper stub-out with a good valve, this is a quick, inexpensive visit. If the valve is seized or the supply isn't sized for the appliance, that work comes first — and we'd rather tell you when you book than surprise you on site.
Hookup with new connector and valve
Best when supply exists at the right location. Fast, leak tested, appliance verified.
Hookup plus new gas line
Best for a new appliance location, or when the existing line can't carry the load.

You'll see the number before we start
Hookups are quoted in writing on site. What changes the number:
- Whether the existing shut-off valve needs replacing.
- Gas versus water connection, and the connector required.
- Whether new supply piping has to be run to the location.
- How many appliances are being connected in the same visit.
“The delivery crew wouldn't hook up the gas range. Fanti came out same day, replaced the old valve, and tested everything.”
Questions we get on the phone
Most delivery contracts exclude gas work and won't touch an old shut-off valve. It's a licensing and liability matter, and honestly it's the right call — the connection should be leak tested by someone who can do it.
